One-to-many Mentoring

On August 4 2018, Our Founder, Dr Adeola Olubamiji spent the day with the Royal Youths For Christ at their annual retreat at the Crieff Hills Community sharing.

Instead of teaching, she requested that they all sit in a circle and shared real struggles, victories, debt management, career progression and answered all the different questions and discussions the youths hard.

In her reaching out to youth communities, she believes always ask “if they don’t see you, how can you inspire them? If they don’t know you, how can they be motivated to be like you?
