STEMHub Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of three new directors. The new directors bring a wealth of experience to STEMHub Foundation and will help ensure the foundation achieves its mission. Read more about our directors below. 

Victoria Ibhawa, GPHR, SPHRi, MCIPMN.- Director, Human Resources

Victoria Ibhawa is an experienced Human Resources Management Professional with multisector professional experience; Professional Services (KPMG, Deloitte), Fast Moving Consumer Goods (Coca-Cola Hellenic) and Energy. She is certified with the Human Resources Certification Institute, USA; Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi) and is a certified member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPMN). 

Victoria also holds an MBA from the Lagos Business School and has attended other professional developmental courses including the International Business – Managing Across Borders Course from the Prestigious IESE Business School in Spain. Victoria is also SHL certified, and Hofstede trained in Organizational Culture Consulting.  

With a robust professional career as a consultant as well as a practitioner, Victoria has been extensively involved in strategic people management initiatives, and has over the course of her career, developed skills and gained multifaceted experience spanning key areas of Policy Design and Optimization, Change Management, Executive Level Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Employer Branding, Employee and Industrial Relations, Leadership Development and Psychometric Analysis.

Victoria leads a non-profit platform for career and business individuals; INSPIRED FOR IMPACT, where members are inspired to be the best versions of themselves and to make an enduring impact in their spheres of influence and in society.

In her spare time, she facilitates capacity building and strategy sessions and actively supports initiatives aimed at the professional development of young persons.

Adebisi Adewusi- Director, Public Relations and Communication

Adebisi is a freelance writer and communication strategist. She holds a BSc and MSc from the University of Ilorin. Adebisi previously served as a speech writer working directly with political figures and public officeholders. A startling and radical writer, her thoughts and works on gender and social justice have been featured on numerous local and international platforms including the Huffington Post, She Leads Africa, BBC’s Why Factor, and OkayAfrica.

Adebisi has volunteered with various organizations since 2016.  For the past 3 years, she has volunteered with STEMHub Foundation as a Content lead.

Mariam Barry- Director, Digital Media

Mariam is an experienced digital communications strategist and digital marketing manager with a track record of delivering results.  For the past 2 years, she has volunteered with STEMHub Foundation as a Digital Communications lead.
